Join Big Carnival for a family-fun Carnival event for ALL Wilchester families and neighbors! The carnival includes games, inflatables, food, prize/raffle drawings, and much more!!

 

Ticket Pre-Sale

September 30- October 18

 

Food/Game Tickets (Red Tickets) - $1 each

Prize Drawing Tickets (White Tickets) – 2 tickets for $1(Price goes up after pre-sale)

Wristband (Unlimited Use of Inflatables) - $15 each

Labels with Name and Phone Number for Prize Drawings 

(includes enough labels for all Prize Drawing Tickets purchased)- Pre-Sale- $15

 

Week of: $20 on 10/29 and 10/30; $25 on Carnival Day 11/1

 

Tickets will be available the week of Carnival

They will be sold in the gym

Tuesday (10/29) 2:45 pm - 4:00 pm

Wednesday (10/30) 7:30 am - 8:30 am & 2:45 pm - 4:00 pm

Friday (11/1) 7:30 am - 3:15 pm and 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm

This year every family will only be required to work one shift at Carnival (regardless of the number of children attending WCE)! The success of Carnival is even more dependent on everyone working their mandatory shifts!
