You and your family will have the opportunity to get excited for our school auction with festive spirit signs in your yard! Your $50 donation will ensure the signs will make it to your yard during our flocking weeks leading up to auction. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to "brighten and lighten" your yard!

Ticket Overview:
Premier Tables - $4,000 (seats 10 guests)
Includes beverage wristbands, seated dinner with elevated table service, exclusive bar and check-in lines, the best table locations at the event, early access to purchase Auction Parties on Thursday, February 13th at 9am, and a printed Auction catalog!
Reserved Tables - $1,750 (seats 10 guests)
Includes a seated dinner with a reserved table in the ballroom.
Individual Ticket - $175
Seated dinner for one guest; table assignment will be based on preferred grade level.
Beverage Wristband - $50
In addition to your ticket purchase, Reserved Tables and Individual Ticket holders must purchase a wristband for beverages other than soft drinks.
Virtual Ticket - $75
Includes online access to silent auction and the ability to purchase parties when they open to all ticket holders on Friday, February 14th at 9am

The 2024-2025 yearbook committee is ready to bring you an amazing yearbook this year. To do this, we need your help! If you haven't already downloaded the Balfour ImageShare app on your phone, please do. Our project number this year is 526691. This way you can upload photos from your phone and send them directly to the yearbook committee. If the app isn't working for you, you can also email pictures to wceyearbookpics@gmail.com. Please make sure to include grade level or what event the pictures are from so we can get them on the correct page.
YEARBOOKS ARE ON SALE! You can purchase your child's yearbook here. If you purchase before 11/30/24 the price is $35. After that the price jumps to $40. The deadline to purchase yearbooks this year is 1/31/25 so order now!
5th grade ads are also available for purchase! (reminder, this is only for outgoing 5th grade students). The 1/4 page ads can be purchased and built on Balfours website. The price per ad is $30. The deadline to purchase is going to be 12/20/24 and the deadline for ad submission is 1/10/25. Only one 1/4 page ad per student may be purchased.
Get a jump start on the school year by signing up to be a volunteer with SBISD!
The district requires everyone to sign up each year in order to volunteer in the classroom, go on field trips, help during school events, and participate in other Wilchester activities. Any family member who may volunteer at Wilchester (Mom, Dad, Grandparent, etc) should plan to sign up.
