Orders may be placed NOW through May 16th. We will have sample sizes of the items available for viewing from Tuesday, April 22nd through Thursday, April 24th, from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm at 13631 Pinerock Lane. The samples will also be available at Walk & Roll on Friday, May 2nd. All items, pricing and purchasing will be on Membership Toolkit. Please help spread the word to your Wilchester neighbors, friends and new incoming families to order by MAY 16th. There will NOT be a reorder, so get your orders in right away!

2. Follow the steps to purchase the supplies for your child's grade
Orders placed through June 22nd will be delivered to WCE.
Orders placed after June 22nd will be shipped to your home and will lose the school
discounted prices.
PLEASE NOTE: The PTA will NOT be ordering extra kits this year. The ship-tohome
option replaces the need for extra kits. No additional kits will be available to
purchase outside of these two options!
Included at checkout is the option to donate to assist WCE families in need with
purchasing supplies.
We would appreciate your passing this info along to friends and neighbors who may
be new to WCE next year! After a busy summer, you may forget that you ordered
school supplies, so make a note on your calendar for August to remind you that you
ordered!

The district requires everyone to sign up each year in order to volunteer in the classroom, go on field trips, help during school events, and participate in other Wilchester activities. Any family member who may volunteer at Wilchester (Mom, Dad, Grandparent, etc) should plan to sign up.
